We go every year for our family holiday.
We go every year for our family holiday. The hotel rooms are wonderful, breakfast is great and staff can't do enough for you. The theme park is losing some big rides but I am hopeful that they will get some new ones in soon. Thomas land is perfect for my daughter, she's loved Thomas the tank engine for most of her life. It's a great holiday for my family
Would recommend
We tend to go once a year and have been for the past few years now. Queuing during summer season is about an hour on the bigger rides, but that is to be expected. I would recommend as it has something for all ages..

very overcrowded, only managed to get on two rides the entire day
went to drayton manor about a month ago with three friends. i've been there many times before in the past, but this time was unlike any other time i've been there previously:
usually i don't mind waiting an hour for one (maybe two) busy rides at a theme park, but even after arriving as the park opened every single ride's queue that we could see was packed, with most if not all of them overflowing outside their designated queueing areas - there were people everywhere, which i (as someone who is rather sensitive to noise and crowds) found a bit overwhelming really. we only managed to get on two rides the day we were there because we ended up waiting well over an hour for both... we decided we didn't want to stand waiting for another ride without shade while the sun was at its hottest so we went for a walk around the zoo instead. the zoo was also very busy, but we did get to see a variety of animals. however, after stopping for a while we struggled to navigate back to the park because of a lack of useful signs and a confusing one-way system that people seemed to be ignoring anyways. we had a go at the carnival games on the way back which were expensive for what they were, before we decided we'd had enough for the day and left a few hours earlier than we'd planned.
overall, we all found the day quite tiring as we'd been standing up most of the time (the seating areas in our vicinity were completely full) and the fact that we got to do so little after saving up our money to go was rather frustrating... and personally, i found my experience poor. i'd say drayton manor is not worth my time and money anymore. if they were to put a limit on admissions to shorten queues for rides and to reduce crowds around the park in general it would solve the majority of these problems and it would certainly feel worth it to me. i don't think i'll be going there again... which is bit of a shame really as i've had such a great time there in the past but the sheer number of people they allow into the park post-covid has really changed the atmosphere.
Terrible Customer Services!
Terrible Customer Services!
I made the mistake in the begining by not reading everyhting on the web site, so i tried to change the dates on the tickets for nearly to two moneths,
at first i tried going throught their customer service email were i was proptly told i could change it throught the web site, which i searched the wed site to not find a thing, i asked how with no answer... (they say on the customer services emil they try and get to you in seven working days and the next email is fourteen wroking days...) I tried to ring the customer services number to be told by a memeber of the hotel staff that the number is useless, same goes for the other number they give you one facebook, the messanger is the only to get the most coversation out of them but it will primarily be to a computer with a person once or twice a day if that.
If you want to sort you tickets out I would try a do it properly the first time, because the customer services route is a complete nightmare!!
I wont waist my money again!!!

Our large tribe of kids .
Our large tribe of kids and grandchildren had a wonderful day there .Yes I had to take out a 2nd mortgage for it. A day out is better than being at work . A good day out, will go again. Unlike the Coventry building society who used a forged mortgage to steal an OAPs home. The court case caused him to stop eating and taking his medication. He died a scared broken man. Coventry building society does it really take 10 years to show him the unsigned mortgage he never signed?

Drayton having a nightmare with queuing…
Drayton having a nightmare with queuing today. 3 huge queues and they are different depending on how you bought your tickets. But with no signs
We and many others waited in the queue only to get to the end and find it was the wrong one and we had to start again.
Poor organisation at the Manor

Was looking at booking to go but I'm not going to bother and give the theme park a miss. I've always loved this place and it's always been affordable but just priced up 1 child who is 6 nearly £25 and disabled person and carer £35 each absolute rip off. I think you need to look at your offers and prices. Most places offer free return in 12 months like your other site west Midlands safari park.

Fabulous Santa experience from start…
Fabulous Santa experience from start to finish the whole set up was great just like it’s been for the last seven years except for last year when it wasn’t on due to COVID -been every year and they never disappoint well worth the money it’s the best Santa experience- he’s always got time to speak to the children and it never feels rushed -This year the children had a choice of gifts which was excellent and the parents had hot chocolate and mince pies bonus included in the price

Visited Thomasland on Saturday with my daughter and grandson and his friend unfortunately had to leave early as my grandson became ill but luckily got to do the Santa experience which was fantastic and well worth the money
We ate in the burger place as it was the only thing open the food was disgusting my daughter had a hair in her burger the staff were rude and replaced it with a stone cold burger which I suspect was the same one with the hair removed my grandson was ill do we left early and his friend was ill the day after could have a link with the awful food
Had the dining experience been good I would have given a five purely down to the Santa experience and the fabulous staff working there

Hotel is dirty, website and adverts lie
Hotel is dirty and the smell of rotten pumpkins as you enter the hotel is strong. Remove the rotten ones.
I went through 6 plates at breakfast time until I found some clean ones. No one about to tell so I left them out the way. Member of staff looked at them and put them back.
Cutlery dirty. Disgustingly dirty with food on them. See photo.
Room so dirty bed sheets are stained and we have to move rooms. Next room there was paint in the bath along with human hair, not ours.
This is just the beginning. So much more to write about but I have to send them an email. No one there when I left to talk to.
Was told they would sort out a refund but then when I came to leave nothing sorted and I was asked to send an email.
Wow. What a shame, there are some staff there which went out their way to help others clearly didn’t care.
Did not get anywhere near the experience or enjoyment their website says.
Thomas land is brilliant for the kids.
Hotel and other parts of the park is run down and ran by staff who don’t care.
Which is a shame as there are some staff. 3 only which were great and really helped out when others wouldn’t.
Drayton Manor. You have my email and contact details. If you can be bothered, please contact myself. I will be sending in an email as requested. Don’t just write the usual reply of we are sorry please contact us
